Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using CreatorsHub, you accept and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our platform. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and CreatorHub.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our platform. Your continued use of the platform after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Account Terms

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use CreatorsHub, and each user is limited to one account per email address.

We may terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in fraudulent activity. You are responsible for notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use the platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. All content you provide must be original, accurate, and comply with our community guidelines. Sending unsolicited messages or spam is strictly prohibited.

You must treat all users with respect and professionalism. Harassment, bullying, or discriminatory behavior is not tolerated. You agree not to use the platform to transmit any material that is defamatory, offensive, or otherwise objectionable.

Service Description

CreatorsHub is a platform that connects brands and businesses with content creators for collaboration opportunities. We provide tools for discovery, communication, and project management. Our services include creator profile creation and management, advanced search and filtering tools, communication and outreach features, analytics and performance tracking, payment processing and subscription management, and customer support and dispute resolution.

GDPR Compliance & Data Protection

We are committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and other applicable data protection laws. We process your personal data based on legal grounds including contract performance, legitimate interests, consent, and legal obligations.

We collect information you provide directly to us, such as account information, profile data, communication data, usage data, and payment information. We use this data to provide our services, improve our platform, ensure security, and comply with legal obligations.

Your GDPR Rights

You have the right to access your personal data, request rectification of inaccurate information, request erasure of your data, restrict processing, receive your data in a portable format, object to processing, and withdraw consent for marketing communications.

Data Retention & Security

We retain your personal information only for as long as necessary to provide our services and comply with legal obligations. Account data is retained until account deletion or 2 years of inactivity, communication data for 2 years after last activity, and payment records for 7 years as required by law.

We implement comprehensive security measures including encryption, secure authentication, regular security audits, access controls, and employee training to protect your data.

For Creators - It's Free!

As a creator, you can create and share your profile completely free. Our platform is designed to help you connect with brands and grow your business without any upfront costs. You can showcase your work, connect with potential clients, and build your professional network at no charge.

For Brands & Clients - Choose Your Plan

Select the plan that best fits your needs and budget. All plans include our core features with different limits on profile views and downloads. Our Free Plan allows basic access, the Gold Plan (₹399/month) provides 200 profile views and downloads per month with advanced features, and the Platinum Plan (₹599/month) offers 400 profile views and downloads per month with premium features including direct creator outreach and dedicated account management.

Important: Campaign creation is completely free for all plans! You can create unlimited campaigns at no additional cost. Campaign creation allows you to post marketing campaigns that creators can browse and express interest in. You can then review and approve/reject creator applications directly on the platform.

Campaign Creation & Management

As a brand or client, you can create unlimited campaigns for free. To create a campaign, go to "My Campaigns" in your dashboard and click "Create Campaign". Fill in campaign details including name, type (Barter/Paid/Reimbursement), category/niche, description, platforms (Instagram/YouTube), delivery types (Reel/Story/Post), and timeline. You can upload a campaign image (max 2MB) and set the campaign status to "Active" to make it visible to creators.

Once your campaign is active, creators can browse and express interest. You can view all interested creators on your campaign detail page, review their profiles, stats, and social media links, and approve or reject their applications. Creators will see their application status update in real-time (Pending, Approved, or Rejected).

For Creators - Expressing Interest in Campaigns

As a creator, expressing interest in campaigns is completely free. To express interest, you must first create at least one creator profile. Then, go to "Find Campaigns" in your navigation to browse all active campaigns from brands. You can filter campaigns by category, status, type, platform, and delivery type to find campaigns that match your niche and preferences.

When you find a campaign you're interested in, click "Express Interest". If you have multiple profiles, you'll be asked to select which profile you want to use for the application. Once submitted, the brand will be notified and can review your application. You can track your application status directly on the campaign card - it will show as "Pending" while under review, "Approved" if accepted, or "Rejected" if declined. Approved applications allow you to contact the brand directly using the provided information.

Payment Processing

All payments are processed securely through Razorpay, a PCI DSS compliant payment processor. We do not store your payment information on our servers - all payment data is handled by Razorpay. All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (₹), and applicable taxes will be added to your subscription cost.

Billing & Cancellation

Subscriptions are billed monthly on the same date as your initial purchase and automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. We may change subscription prices with 30 days notice.

Refund Policy

We do not provide refunds for partial months or unused services. If you experience technical issues preventing service use, contact support for resolution. Upon account termination, no refunds will be provided for remaining subscription time. Payment disputes should be resolved through your payment provider or our support team.

Limitation of Liability

We strive to maintain service availability but cannot guarantee 100% uptime. We are not responsible for content posted by users on our platform or for third-party services integrated with our platform. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for your subscription in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. This limitation applies to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

User Responsibilities

Users are responsible for the accuracy of information they provide and must comply with all applicable laws and regulations. You must respect intellectual property rights of others and maintain professional standards in all interactions. You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your use of the platform.

Dispute Resolution

We encourage users to resolve disputes directly through open communication. Our support team can mediate disputes between users when direct communication fails. We may suspend accounts involved in serious disputes or violations of our terms.

Legal disputes should be resolved through appropriate legal channels in the jurisdiction of our headquarters. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India.

Termination

You may terminate your account at any time through your account settings. We may terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in fraudulent activity. Some data may be retained for legal or business purposes after account termination. Upon termination, your access to the platform will cease immediately, and certain provisions of these terms will survive termination.
